Laura is a very knowledgeable professional. She provided guidance regarding what items in our house required fixing, what items would be helpful to update and what issues were best left to the future owners to address to their own taste. She was honest in her assessment and encouraging as we went through the process of preparing a home we had lived in and loved for 40 years. She had contacts in the field and was able to direct us to appropriate professionals to help us repair or upgrade issues beyond our abilities, i.e., the foundation and landscaping. It wasn't always easy to hear her advice, but we are neither real estate professionals nor interior designers (which she is both) so we chose to listen and follow her advice. We are so glad we did! She priced our home in line with the current market and we sold fairly quickly. She worked closely with us while the house was on the market and kept us informed through each phase, so we knew what to expect and what to do. We would recommend her without reservation to anyone needing an honest, hard-working, knowledgeable guide through the home selling process.

I will forever be grateful that a family member provided my husband and I with Laura’s contact. I can’t even remember the amount of houses we looked at, but what I do know is that Laura provided the most thorough details about the properties, the locations, the structures of the home, and all the nitty gritty details we would have never even thought to consider. Laura is the most professional, dedicated, and experienced Real Estate Agent we have ever dealt with. Just about 2 months of working with Laura and we found our very first home.
